I am the editor of Brave New Traveler, the spiritual and philosophical site of Matador Network, and co-founder of Confronting Love, whose mission is to challenge the status quo of our ideas of relationships.

I am interested in personal and spiritual growth. I believe our priority is to turn inwards, to learn how to be our true selves, and to express that outwardly. It's when we are the most open and loving that we can cause real (and positive) change in the world.

I currently live in Nelson, BC.
